Then get cozy and comfy in your physical body as gravity takes hold and Mother Earth nurtures you and the sound frequencies of the Tibetan and quartz crystal sound bowls bathe your body, mind and spirit into full relaxation and restoration. The healing sounds support releasing of stagnant and stuck energy and create space for higher vibrations to support your life practice. You will also receive a take home gift.
I am Jeanie Baker. For a long time, I lived an uninspired life that felt like it was not my own. Traumatic experiences with sexual abuse, grief, limiting beliefs and self-judgment affected the way I perceived my worthiness in the world. I was stagnant and stuck in that life until one day during a yoga class in 2002, I felt an explosion in my heart that scared the shit out of me - in the best way possible.
I felt so empowered that even without a clue as to what I was doing, I started a journey of rediscovering myself and reconnecting with my soul. And for over 20 years, I’ve been committed to living intentionally and practicing daily embodiment. I believe life is this beautiful spiral of feeling, healing, changing perspective, forgiveness and transformation.
